I'll come to your premises, diagnose the problem and repair the computer on site whenever possible. If the repair requires more time or specific equipment, I can also collect your computer and carry out the repairs in my workshop, then return it to you once the repair is complete.
+ How does remote troubleshooting work?
I guide you through the installation of secure software. Then I take over your computer and carry out the repairs in real time, right before your eyes.
+ Can I trust you for secure remote access?
Yes, all remote connections are made only with your authorization, via secure tools. You can follow every step and stop the session at any time.
+ What if the problem can't be solved remotely?
If the problem requires on-site intervention, I'll come to your home if you're in my area. Otherwise, I'll advise you on the best solution.
+ Do I have to pay if no solution is found?
No, assistance is guaranteed satisfied or your money back. If no solution is found, you pay nothing.
